The short version
- No account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no server of ours holding anything about you.
- Your videos stay on your iPhone. Recording, editing and rendering all happen on the device. Nothing is uploaded to us — ever.
- No analytics, no ads, no tracking. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK. We do not even know that you opened it.
- It works with no network at all. The only connection it can make is to a companion app on a computer you own, on your own Wi-Fi, and only if you set that up yourself.
01What we collect
Nothing. We operate no servers that receive your data, and the app transmits nothing to us. We hold no name, email address, phone number, location, device identifier or usage record about you.
02What is stored on your iPhone
- Recorded clips and projects — kept in the app's own storage so an interrupted shoot is never lost.
- Finished videos — rendered on the device. They reach your Photos library only when you choose to save or share them.
- Trash — deleted projects are held for 30 days so they can be restored, then removed automatically.
- Settings — your preferences, stored locally.
- An optional AI API key — if you choose to enter one, it is stored on the device and is only ever sent to the computer you connected. It never comes to us.
03Permissions, and why
- Camera — to record video. Used only while you are recording.
- Microphone — to capture sound with your video, and to record narration if you use it.
- Photo library — to import footage you pick, and to save a finished video when you ask.
- Local network — only if you use the optional computer link. Declining it affects nothing else in the app.
04When you share a video
Tapping Export opens the standard iOS share sheet. From that moment the destination you choose — Photos, a messaging app, a social network — handles the file under its own policy. We are not part of that transfer and receive no copy.
05Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly hold information about anyone.
06Deleting your data
Because nothing leaves the device, deletion is entirely in your hands. Remove a project from the home screen (it waits 30 days in Trash, and can be emptied immediately), or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Videos you already saved to Photos are yours to manage there.
