WorkPilot is a free Mac app that puts Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Kimi in a single cockpit — running on your own machine, on the AI subscriptions you already pay for.

Short — WorkPilot is a free macOS app from boice Inc. that unifies Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Kimi into one workspace. It runs locally, stores work as ordinary files, and uses the AI subscriptions the user already holds rather than metered API keys.
Long — WorkPilot is a free macOS application built by Kazuya Nonaka at boice Inc. It addresses a problem that appeared once people began paying for several AI services at once: the work of moving between them. In WorkPilot, a single instruction can be broken into steps and handed to whichever engine suits each step — a script to Claude, images to ChatGPT, research to Gemini, review to Kimi — while context follows along. Conversations can branch into child threads and return their conclusions to the parent. Reusable context is attached as “gear”: knowledge, skills and persona. Everything runs on the user's own Mac; work is written as plain Markdown, images and video that survive the app being deleted; and any action that reaches outside the machine pauses for approval. The app is notarized by Apple and distributed free of charge, with no paid tier and no data business.

WorkPilot is built by Kazuya Nonaka at boice Inc. It began as an internal tool: one person trying to run several AI subscriptions at once without losing an hour a day to copying context between them. It is released free because that problem is not unique to us.
